I am a 50 year old female who longs for any hint of customer service in the world today. Most employees at retail stores that I encounter make me feel like a burden for supplying their paychecks. I have been satisfied with all your employees at the Warrior, AL store. But I have been extremely impressed with one in particular. His name is Mr. Randy Hayes. He is usually “running” about stocking, cleaning, helping customers, fellow employees, and just plain working…HARD! Yesterday, I think he knew I was tired & frustrated. He escorted me throughout the store, finding and checking off every item on my list and did it with a smile and kind words. I think the last time I experienced such a thing was in 1973 at a Woolworth’s. What a! breath of fresh air! I hope your company recognizes and rewards good employees because they are extremely hard to find. He deserves anything to keep him happy and employed there. Most importantly the world’s consumers like me need him. I plan to shop there more often (I live in a nearby town). The world needs more people like Randy Hayes from the fred’s store in Warrior, Alabama.

As usual, I made my weekly visit to our local fred’s store here in Hot Springs and I cannot say enough about it. I always enjoy and look forward to my visit every time I go there. Julia and her staff know me well from my visits and always greet me with a smile and “how are you doing”. The store always looks great and I always spend more time there than I should. I just want fred’s to know that they have a good store here in Hot Springs and I hope it stays around for a long time.

Thank you for the new store in Okolona, MS. I always shop at neighboring fred’s stores. While I do not live in Okolona, I work there. Instead of going to fred’s once a week, I now go to fred’s two-three days a week on my lunch hour. It is so convenient. I must say your associates are very nice and helpful, but there is one who absolutely stands out. Her name is Ava. She is always so friendly and eager to help me with my needs. I have seen this young lady working the register, putting out your merchandise, and even picking up garbage on your parking lot. My point is that, no matter, what job she is doing at that time, if I need her help, she stops to help me, with the sweetest attitude. You just do not get that service like this at those “other” places and I love it! Thanks again fred’s and keep lowering those prices!

I just want to let everyone know that the employees that worked during the hurricane were really helpful! Lisa and Betty, both managers, were on top of helping me find everything I needed to prepare for the storm. They went the extra mile in finding me an air conditioner unit. Team members are what makes this store number one in my book and I enjoy shopping and seeing everyone when I go. Thanks for all they do to make my shopping trips easy and stress free!
